A unique blending of classical yoga instruction with an introduction to yogic philosophy and breath-work. This weekly
structured series is for those looking for something a bit different than the typical class. A slower paced practice instructed in a traditional non-aerobic format consisting of foundational postures, integrative alignment and restorative work. Taught in a style that blends teachings and practices from many traditions and new interpretations on classic yoga postures. Be ready for an innovative and transformative experience. Yoga reveals the path
to wholeness. Are you ready for the journey? Please bring a yoga sticky mat, tennis ball, block, strap and 2 blankets. Fall classes begin the week of September 9th and meet in the gymnasium located at the Administration Building; Winter classes begin the week of January 13th.
