Four Tuesdays and Four Thursdays
Learn the FUNdamental of sport performance training in your own district! This camp is for incoming grades (‘22-23 school year) 5th-7th that want to get a head start on their sport performance training and learn how to train the correct way! Each session will be led by Brightons head Strength Coach, Joe Aratari (College, HS and Professional level Strength coach) as well as second coaches from Next Level S&C (Fairport, NY).
Each session will consist of the following:
-Comprehensive performance prep. (Coordination training, balance/stability work and joint function) -Power, Speed, Agility (plyometrics, med ball training, sprint and change of direction)
-Age appropriate Functional strength training (meaningful exercise selection and volume/ intensity with emphasis on proper technique)
-FUN team/group based conditioning.
-High intense training group and atmosphere
This four week camp will start the week of July 11 and will end the week of August 1. The camp will be on Tuesday and Thursdays from 1:30 - 2:30 pm. There is a fee discount available if you cannot make all four weeks of camp (applied during registration).
