Explore the concepts for living a long, rich life from lessons found in the Blue Zones - areas in the world where a disproportionate number of people live to 100 or greater. We will discuss the concepts learned from Blue Zones, focusing on applying these principles in everyday life to maximize longevity. A Blue Zones meal will be provided utilizing plant-based recipes from the Blue Zones cookbook. Dr. Munoz is a graduate of Brighton High School. She received a BA in Biology from Columbia College, an MD from University of Pennsylvania, and an MPH from UC Berkeley.
