Join us for Yoga Club, designed for Council Rock 1st and 2nd graders. Classes will weave together fun yoga poses, breathing exercises, music, games, stories, and other sensory-integrated activities to promote flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Session 1 begins on April 9, and session 2 begins on May 14. Children should wear comfortable clothes. Mats will be provided. Kids Yoga Club meets in the CRPS Motor Room. Parents must provide a bus pass each time their child attends class. If your child attends the Y or Brighton Rec aftercare program at Council Rock, they will be escorted there at the end of class. You must be a CRPS student to register.
