Get a head start on a new language by joining us for an educationally oriented curriculum specifically designed for K-2 students to learn Spanish. This unique and exciting program introduces foundational vocabulary through engaging games, singing, and fun activities. Students are able to compound words and begin forming simple sentences. Early introduction increases the student’s ability to absorb rather than translate the language. Class is open to new and returning students! If you have taken our Spanish class previously, new vocabulary is introduced with each session - never a repeat. Join the fun! For more information regarding the Spanish program, visit www.TheEnrichmentCompany.com. This class fills quickly! Please add your child's name to the waitlist if the class has reached maximum registration. 



This program is held in the library at FRES (we use the Bright Lab at FRES on days when the library is unavailable). Students are sent from their classroom to the library at dismissal, and the Spanish Club teacher meets them there. The main office announces that it is a Spanish Club day at arrival and dismissal to help your child remember to go to the library. Parents must provide a bus pass for their child every time they stay after school for Spanish Club. If your child attends the YMCA or Brighton Rec after-school care program at FRES, please inform the staff member that your child is enrolled in this class, so they know to pick them up at the end of the class. Students must be enrolled at FRES to sign up. 

Important! As in previous years, visitors to our school buildings will need to register and receive a badge at the main entrance of each school. Our new Visitor Aware system allows family members to pre-register and create an account using the links below. This will keep your information in a secure file that will help speed up the check-in process. A parent or guardian will need to create an account for each student per building and then submit the information. You’ll receive a QR code that will speed up the process each time you arrive. We appreciate your support in completing this registration in advance of your visits. If more than one parent or guardian is picking up your child during the session, all must follow this process.
