Join us for Kids Yoga Club, designed for French Road 3rd - 5th graders. Classes will weave together yoga poses, breathing exercises, music, games, stories, and mindfulness. Children should wear comfortable clothes and bring a snack and water bottle. Mats will be provided. Kids Yoga Club meets in the Library. Parents must provide a bus pass each time their child stays afterschool for this class. If your child attends the YMCA or Brighton Rec aftercare program at French Road, please inform them that your child is attending an afterschool yoga class and won't arrive at aftercare until they are escorted there at the end of their class.
