Join Liz Bauld as she teaches the basics of making a beautiful charcuterie board. With Valentine's Day just a couple of days away, you'll leave the class with plenty of skills and many of the ingredients you'll need to create a board to gift to the ones you love on the holiday! This workshop will delve into innovative elements such as the artful arrangement of meat roses and other creative tricks, elevating your charcuterie board design skills to new heights. Liz will demonstrate these techniques while creating three charcuterie boards. Participants will be able to practice the techniques, and once everything is prepared, it's time to snack! Please bring a water bottle and a container to take home the very generous samples.
