Join us for Kids Yoga Club, designed for Council Rock 1st and 2nd graders. Have fun exploring yoga, mindfulness, games, stories, music, balance, strength and relaxation techniques in a fun and engaging way. Children should wear comfortable clothes and bring a snack and a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided. Parents must provide a bus pass for their child each week so their teacher knows they are staying after school for Yoga Club. If your child attends the YMCA or Brighton Rec aftercare program at Council Rock, please inform them that your child is attending Yoga Club. Ms. Gaenzle meets her yoga students in the cafetorium at dismissal and walks the group to the classroom (Council Rock Motor Room). You must be a Council Rock student to register.
