We will discuss the concepts learned from Blue Zones, focusing on applying these principles in everyday life to maximize longevity. A delicious plant-based dessert will be served!
Dr. Liz Munoz received a BA in Biology from Columbia College, an MD from University of Pennsylvania, and an MPH from UC Berkeley. She is Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine, Preventive Medicine and Public Health and Family Medicine and is an ACE Certified Health Coach.
