This class meets Wednesday, May 28th, which is different that the date printed in the print catalog. Join Liz Bauld as she teaches the basics of making a beautiful charcuterie board. This workshop will delve into innovative elements such as the artful arrangement of meat roses and other creative tricks, elevating your charcuterie board design skills to new heights. Liz will demonstrate these techniques while creating charcuterie boards. Participants will be able to practice the techniques, and once everything is prepared, it's time to snack! Please bring an 8x8 disposable aluminum cake pan to create and transport your own charcuterie home.
